This role is open to experienced Area Managers and Independent Sales Agents alike. Your Mission:

• Drive Growth: Implement our commercial plan, set goals, and expand our distributor network.

• Strengthen Connections: Collaborate closely with distributors and retailers to achieve sales targets and increase market share.

• Open New Markets: Identify new opportunities, onboard additional shops an distributors, and broaden our reach.

• Keep Us Informed: Produce monthly sales reports and work with our marketing team to tailor strategies.

• Travel & Represent: Serve as our ambassador, meeting clients and attending regional industry events.

What You Bring:

• Experience: 3+ years in commercial roles within cycling or sports distribution.

• Skills: Strong organizational abilities and a goal-oriented mindset.

• Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in German or Dutch is a significant advantage.

• Passion: Self-motivated with a love for cycling and the outdoor lifestyle.
